Alles Meins

This work is part of the result of a two week holiday in the Tropical Island Resorts in Brandenburg, Germany. In the video “Alles Meins” (: all mine) we try to abstract the claiming of ownership by colonial powers through covering different objects in the theme park with a white towel. Moreover we conduct reserving ones’ chair with a towel – an often typical german received and also in the Tropical Islands very present gesture- to absurdism.
